Skagit County, Washington. The Washington State Patrol, Fire Protection Bureau-Prevention Division, sent out a press release with information on when and where it is legal to use fireworks in the State of Washington.
We have condensed the list down to Skagit and Whatcom County information with a link at the end of this article to the entire 12 page list from the Washington State Patrol for every city or town in Washington State.
The Washington State Fireworks Law (R.C.W. 70.77.395) states the following dates, sales periods and Discharge periods are okay in Skagit and Whatcom County for APPROVED fireworks unless you live in a city with bans and restrictions listed below.

The following is a list of cities and counties with more restrictive fireworks laws or ordinances. The jurisdiction has either banned use and/or sales or has a more restrictive sales period. Note: This information should be used as a starting point. Contact your local police or Fire Department to inquire about local rules, ordinances, and laws before purchasing or using fireworks.
Anacortes: Banned. No Sales or Discharge allowed.
Burlington: Banned. No Sales or Discharge Allowed.
