Stanwood, Washington- The Snohomish County Sheriff”s Office is investigating a shooting at the Stanwood Park and Ride on SR532 at I-5.

Early reports indicate that two males met after one of them saw their stolen property for sale online. Deputies were responding to the area to investigate the claim after the theft victim contacted them and told them some of their stolen items were being sold by the suspects at the park and ride.

Arriving Deputies witnessed several people open fire on each other and immediately closed the air for emergency traffic and called back up. One male was shot multiple times and transported by medics to The Everett Colby Campus. The other male is in custody and several witnesses are being questioned.
The Park and Ride and Roads in the area are currently closed for the investigation. Use Alternate Routes
