Need help paying for your electric bill? Community Action of Skagit County Energy Assistance Program has appointments available. You can either walk in or call us at 360-428-1011 Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We are located at 330 Pacific Place Mount Vernon, WA 98273 right across the street from Riverside Health Club.
