Missing Runaway-Cheyann Phillips – Anacortes

Anacortes, WA:  Cheyann Nicole Phillips is a 17 year old Endangered-Missing runaway from Anacortes, Washington.

She ran away April 16th (today) around 10 am. She is believed to  possibly be heading to Idaho.

She is about 5’3 and weighs 114 pounds. She has dyed dark reddish hair.

Her family really wants to find her and bring her home safely.
