Mount Vernon, WA: Beginning Wednesday, April 22, 2015, Railroad Controls Limited will be installing underground conduit within the intersection of S 2nd Street, Blackburn Road, and Old Hwy 99. This work will require various single lane closures that will affect traffic in all directions through Friday, April 24, 2015. Work is scheduled to occur between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm daily.
Traffic control will be provided and flaggers will be on site to assist motorists; however, delays should be expected, and alternate routes are advised.
