Wanted: N.C Man with ties to Skagit County

Brunswick County,  North Carolina:  Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s help in locating a man from Ash, NC with ties to Skagit County, WA.

 

Ryan Scott Ellis, 26 of Lewis Street, Ash, is  wanted on charges of habitual misdemeanor assault and  violation of a domestic violence protective order from an assault  incident that occurred on July 15th, 2015.

In the latest incident he violated a court issued  no Contact order and beat his wife in front of children.

It is believed that Ryan Scott Ellis could be headed to Skagit County  Washington in the vehicle pictured. He has extended family in the area.

Update: 7/20/15.  Ryan Ellis has been seen in Concrete Washington on 7/19/15,  where he assaulted another person.  He has not been arrested in this incident.
