MOUNT VERNON, WA: July 29, 2015, the Skagit Regional Health Employee BBQ will require the closure of Kincaid Street between 13th and 15th Streets. The closure is scheduled to occur between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Updated on 7/28/15: Six stalls will be reserved on the north side of Kincaid at 15th Street for ADA parking. There will be no parking on the south side of Kincaid during this event.
