Sedro Woolley Man Arrested for Arson

Sedro Woolley, WA: The Sedro Woolley Police Department assisted detectives  with the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office yesterday morning  in serving a search warrant at the home of 36-year old Marshall Lewis of Sedro Woolley.

Mr Lewis is a suspect in a New Years Day Arson that severely damaged a home on State Route 101 in the Beaver area of Clallam County.

In addition to the charge of 1st degree arson, Mr. Lewis is being held on suspicion of Felony Telephone Harassment, Residential Burglary-Domestic Violence and voyeurism for reportedly disclosing intimate images.

Clallam County Detectives developed probable cause for Marshall Lewis after serving search warrants for cell phone data, which led detective to Mr. Lewis.

Mr. Lewis is  registered as a level 1 Sex Offender in Skagit County, after being convicted in 2010 of  3rd Degree Rape in Snohomish County Superior Court.

Mr. Lewis was transported back to Clallam County by deputies where he was booked at 3:52 pm. He is currently  being held on NO Bond for the above charges.
