OAK HARBOR, WA- The Oak Harbor Police Department needs the communities help locating the whereabouts of Oascar Sampedro.

Sampedro is associated with a black Lincoln Navigator pictured below.  He is also known by the following aliases: Diablo, Little Smiley, Zoom Sampedro, Smiley, Smiley X, and Oscar Sanchez. Sampedro is wanted for questioning regarding Oak Harbor Police Department criminal  case #16-O01050.

Sampedro is considered armed and dangerous.  DO NOT CONTACT him, call 911 if you see him.
