Burlington Man Arrested for Child Molestation

Burlington, Washington- A Burlington man who fled to Mexico in 2011 after being accused of several counts of child molestation, was arrested on outstanding felony warrants by the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office.

He is currently being held in the Skagit County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail  on multiple counts  of 1st degree and 2nd degree child molestation dating back to 2001.

He is accused of molesting two young female relatives. One of the girls was just 6 years old when the alleged molestation started, which reportedly went on for years before she caught the man doing the same thing to her sister and they reported the abuse to their mother who contacted police.

The man is not being identified by Skagit Breaking to protect the identity of the relative victims.
