Two Injured in Crash on Francis Road Near Clear Lake

Clear Lake, Washington– The Washington State Patrol responded to a serious injury crash on Francis Road near Francis Lane on May 19th, 2016 around 12:02 pm.

According to the press memo from the Washington State Patrol, 37-year old Alice Stone of Concrete, was traveling Westbound on Francis Road in a (vehicle 1)  Blue 1999 Dodge Durango when she lost control of the vehicle in a curve and struck an Eastbound (vehicle 2) 1995 Ford Aspire that was driven by 75-year old Patricia Dralle of Sedro Woolley.

The press memo states that Alice Stone (Vehicle 1) was not injured in the crash and was wearing a seat belt. The following Passengers in her vehicle were also not injured:

61-Year old Deborah Rhoads, of Concrete: Seat belt used

14-year old (name removed at the request of family): Seat belt Used

12-year old (Name removed at the request of family) : Seat Belt Used

7-year old (Name removed at the request of family): Seat Belt/Restraint used

4-year old (name removed at the request of family): Seat belt/Restraint  used

1-year old (name removed at the request of family): Seat Belt/Restraint used

The press memo states the driver of vehicle 2, 75-year old Patricia Dralle of Sedro Woolley was not wearing a seat belt and was transported to Skagit Valley Hospital where her condition is unknown.

According to the press memo, a  passenger in Vehicle 2, 77-year old Milo Dralle of Sedro Woolley was not wearing a seat belt and was also transported to Skagit Valley Hospital where his condition is unknown.

The press memo states the cause of the crash is under investigation and that charges are pending in the incident. Both vehicles were impounded to the Washington State Patrol Bullpen in Burlington for safe keeping during the active investigation of the incident.
