Burlington, Washington- A 39-year old Burlington, Washington man has been arrested by Skagit County Sheriff’s Deputies after a 14 year old girl reported that her mom’s boyfriend sexually assaulted her in November of 2015 when she was just 13-years old.
According to a probable cause affidavit of arrest obtained by SkagitBreaking.com through a public disclosure request the man is accused of having sexual contact with the girl on several occasions.
The man is also accused of trying to have sexual contact with and inappropriately touching an older sibling of the girl as well.
After the girl told her mother what had happened, the girls moved from the home and the mother later contacted deputies.
