Snohomish County, WA – The Washington State Patrol responded to a two car crash on Westbound State Route 522, near State Route 9, one mile East of Woodinville just after midnight on November 13th, 2016.
According to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol, Troopers believe an impaired 32- year old Tate Brammer of Kirkland was traveling Eastbound in the Westbound Lanes of State Route 522 in a red 2010 Toyota Highlander SUV when he collided head-on with a Westbound 2002 Toyota Camry driven by 25-year old Scottia Welch of Everett.
The force of the collision cause the Toyota Highlander SUV to flip over onto it’s roof where it came to rest in lane one. The press memo states Mr. Brammer was not injured and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for suspicion of driving under the influence and vehicular assault. A passenger in his vehicle, 35-year old Del Brammer of Monroe was injured and transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The driver of the Camry, Scottia Welch and her two passengers, 25-year old Jacob Welch of Everett and a 5-year old male Juvenile also of Everett, were all three injured and transported to Harborview Medical Center where their conditions are unknown.
The Cause of the crash is listed as Vehicle Traveling the wrong way.
