Skagit County, WA – Search and Rescue members from the Skagit and Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office have been searching for 79-Year old George Todd of Arizona after his car was found abandoned along Cascade River Road East of Marblemount.
Mr. Todd is described as being hard of hearing and is believed to have early signs of dementia. He is 5′ 6″ tall, weighing around 160 pounds. He has blue eyes and gray hair. It is unknown what type of clothing he might have been wearing when he went missing.
Mr. Todd was traveling in Washington State reportedly looking for an old friend he had not seen in awhile. He is said to be unfamiliar with the area.
On Saturday, November 12th, 2016, Mr. Todd was assisted by Law Enforcement in the Granite Falls area of Snohomish County. The extent of that assistance is unknown by Skagitbreaking.com. Mr. Todd reportedly told Officers who helped him get to the Marysville area that he was planing on returning to Arizona.
On Wednesday, November 16th, 2016 hunters traveling along Cascade River Road East of Marblemount found Mr. Todd’s 2016 Chevrolet Cruz in a ditch near Found Lake with no one around the vehicle.
