Skagit County, WA – Judge David Svaren will be sworn in to serve as Skagit County Superior Court Judge on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 4:00 PM. This public ceremony will occur in Court Room number two at the Skagit County Courthouse.
Judge Svaren has served as a District Court Judge for the past 17 years as well as presiding over municipal court duties in Anacortes, Burlington and Mount Vernon.
Prior to his tenure in District and Municipal Courts, Judge Svaren was a private practice attorney as a partner in the law firm of Twede and Svaren in Burlington.
