Linn County, Oregon – Albany Police arrested a 27-year old former Sedro-Woolley Man on Thursday, January 18th with the assistance of their K-9 Unit after the man’s former girlfriend reported he had assaulted her the previous day.

According to a story by the Albany Democrat-Herald, 27-year old Tyler Allen Ream, was arrested in the backyard of his former girlfriends apartment in the 2200 block of Hill Street around 1:00 p.m. by Officers and a K-9 with the Albany Police Department.
Ream allegedly struck his former girlfriend, ripped up all of their clothes and threatened to “kill the entire family” at around 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday Afternoon.
Due to the violent nature of the crime, four officers, including a K-9 Officer arrested Ream, who surrendered without incident.

According to Skagit County Criminal Records (case number 09-1-00297-4), Ream has a conviction for Robbery and having stabbed a man six times during a bar fight on April 10th of 2009 in Skagit County.
Ream is currently being held in the Linn County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond for Menacing/Domestic Abuse, Criminal Mischief and Unlawful use of a Weapon.
