Can You ID These Vandalism and Theft Suspects

Anacortes, WA –  Vandals have been breaking into and destroying the commercial vacuums at the Blue Cow Car Wash in Anacortes in the past week.

The people associated with the vehicle pictured below are suspected in the latest break-in and theft of change from the vacuums.

The damage caused by these theft suspects has put the vacuums out of order until further notice.
