Skagit County EMT Suspended on Allegations of Sexual Misconduct

Mount Vernon, WA – The Washington State Secretary of Health, and the Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems program has suspended the certification of Skagit County Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Beau James France pending further legal action.

FRANCE has been charged in Skagit County Superior Court in June of 2017 with five counts of First-Degree possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, a class B Felony Sex Offense.

FRANCE cannot practice in Washington State Until the charges are resolved.  The license was suspended for “Unprofessional Conduct”.
