Lyman, WA – The Washington State Patrol responded to a fatal crash on State Route 20 near Pipeline Road in Lyman around 6:14 p.m. on March 12th, 2018.
According to a press release from the Washington State Patrol, 65-year old John O’Hern of Concrete was traveling Eastbound on State Route 20 in a maroon 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser when his vehicle left the roadway to the North.
Troopers say his vehicle traveled approximately 400 feet through grass and brush before striking a tree. The vehicle came to rest about 100 feet off the roadway on the North side of the road.
Mr. O’Hern died at the scene. Trooper say the cause of the crash is under investigation.
The vehicle was impounded for safe keeping by Carl’s Towing.
