Snohomish County, WA – The Washington State Patrol responded to a Car-Bicycle crash on Southbound 99, just South of 156th Street SW, just North of the Lynnwood City Limits around 10:39 p.m. on August 11th, 2018.
According to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol, 52-year old Robert Graham of Bothell was traveling Southbound on State Route 99 in lane 3 of 3 on a 1999 Harley Davidson Softail Fat Boy Motorcycle when 49-year old Dawn Eastman of Everett crossed the Southbound Lanes, East to West on a bicycle into the path of the motorcycle where she was struck by the motorcycle.
Troopers say EASTMAN was injured and transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. GRAHAM was injured and booked into the Snohomish County Jail. Both the motorcycle and the bicycle were damaged in the crash and impounded to the Washington State Patrol bullpen for safe keeping.
Troopers say drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. GRAHAM was wearing a USDOT compliant helmet and had a valid Motorcycle endorsement.
