Sedro Woolley Officers Arrest Driver After Crash on Cook Road

Sedro-Woolley, WA – Officers with the Sedro-Woolley Police Department responded to a crash on Cook Road just after 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 25th.

According to Troopers, Edwin Jonas Potter, was driving on Cook Road near Edward R Murrow when he crashed his vehicle.

Troopers say Potter was more than three times over the legal blood alcohol limit. He was arrested and booked into the Skagit County Community Justice Center for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence, Violation of DUI restrictions, Driving with a license suspended in the 2nd degree and Felony Driving Under the Influence.

Mr. Potter has for prior Driving Under the Influence convictions.
