Rockport, WA – This is a special free opportunity to experience the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, also known as “forest bathing” in the environs of an ancient forest.
Led by, Michael Stein-Ross, founder and guide of Cascadia Forest Therapy, guests will take a slow walk through the forest and open up to the message and wisdom of the forest.
We will use all five senses to move through the trees without a particular destination or goal aside from mindfulness.
The event is being held on Saturday, March 23rd, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Rockport State Park, located at 51905 Highway 20, Rockport, WA.
Please note the event is free but a Discover Pass is required for Parking.
