Anacortes, WA– The Anacortes Police Department has arrested a man in Friday Harbor around 1:00 p.m. on August 18th, 2019 in connection with a Controlled Substance Homicide Investigation.
The man, identified through the Skagit County Daily Jail Booking Report has been identified as Logan Allan Eby.
He is currently being held on an INVESTIGATIVE HOLD in the Skagit County Community Justice Center for Controlled Substance Homicide and Controlled Substance Schedule I/II-Narcotics/IV-FLN.
What is controlled Substance Homicide? Controlled substances homicide—Penalty. (1) A person who unlawfully delivers a controlled substance in violation of RCW 69.50.401(2) (a), (b), or (c) which controlled substance is subsequently used by the person to whom it was delivered, resulting in the death of the user, is guilty of controlled substances homicide.
