Moscow, Idaho – The State of Idaho has unsealed some of the crucial court documents Thursday relating to the arrest of 28-year old Bryan C. Kohberger, the main suspect in the November Quadruple-homicide of four University of Idaho students in an off-campus rental house. One of the murdered students, 20-year-old Ethan Chapin, grew up in Skagit County, Washington and was staying the night with his girlfriend, 20-year-old Xana Kernodle at the time of the homicide. Two additional roommates were murdered, 21-year old Madison Mogen and 21-year old Kaylee Goncalves.
Kohberger was arrested in a joint raid conducted by local, state and federal law enforcement officers in Pennsylvania. He was extricated back to Idaho late Wednesday night, and faced a judge this morning on four counts of Murder in the First Degree as well as a Burglary charge. Due to Idaho State Laws, the court documents had been sealed until Kohberger saw a Judge in Idaho.
