Double Fatality Accident: Snohomish County

Fatal AccidentMarysville, WA:  January 2nd, 2015. Shortly after noon today, the Washington State Patrol responded to a two vehicle serious  Injury collision with fatalities  on State Route 9, one mile North of 84th ST NE near Marysville.

According to the WSP press memo, Calvin Marlor Jr, 62, of Lake Stevens was Northbound SR9 one mile North of 84th ST NE in a silver 2005 Ford when he struck the guardrail on the right for an unknown reason and then crossed the center line striking a Southbound 1996 Saturn driven by 42 year old Adam Huzar, of Marysville head-on . The impact of the crash killed Adam Huzar and his passenger, 38 year old Agnieszka Huzar, also of Marysville.

Mr. Marlor was transported by aid to Providence Hospital Colby Campus.

Dicks Towing Impounded the Saturn. DTI Towing impounded the Ford.

All three passengers are said to have been wearing their seat belts.

The Cause of the accident is under investigation and possibly charges are pending.
