Snohomish County, WA: January 24th, 2015. 2:36pm. The Washington State Patrol responded to a 2 car, injury collision on State Route 9 at 64th Street North East.
Devon Hall, 23 of Arlington was Northbound State Route 9, just south of 64th Street NE in a silver 2007 Subaru Impreza when he crossed the center line and struck a Southbound 2007 Honda Fit, driven by Lindsey Baker, 35, of Lake Stevens head-on.
Mr. Hall was injured and transported by aid to Providence Hospital Colby Campus. His Vehicle was Totaled and impounded to DTI Towing in Marysville. A passenger in his car, Christian Hornsby, 22 of Lake Stevens was injured and also transported to Providence Hosptial Colby Campus.
Lindsey Baker, was injured and transported to Providence Hospital Colby Campus. A 5 year old Passanger in her car, Jasper Graves, of Lake Stevens was injured and transported by Aid to Providence Hospital Colby Campus.
The cause of the accident is listed as Crossing the Center Line and charges are pending against the causing driver.
