Skagit County, WA: On March 13, 2015 a Bothell Mother reported to the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office that her 8 year old and 10 year old daughters disclosed to the mother that the mothers ex boyfriend had molested both of her daughters while they lived in Skagit County between 2010 and 2013.
On March 26th, 2015, Child Investigation specialists interviewed the children. The younger of the children described to interviewers what the man had made her do on four (4) Separate occasions. *We are removing these details* The 10 Year old Daughter stated the man had inappropriately touched her on one (1) occasion as well.
On April 1st, 2015, Skagit County Detectives contacted the suspect in Marysville, Washington and arrested him for three (3) counts of Rape of a Child 1st degree and one (1) count of Child Molestation 1st degree.
The man declined to give a statement and has plead not guilty to the charges in Skagit County Superior Court. The charges against him are all felonies. A judge lowered his bail from $250,000 to $50,000 as he does not have a significant criminal history.
He is out of jail awaiting his next court appearance.
