Ferndale Man injured in Motorcycle Accident

Motorcycle accident photoChelan County: April 27th, 2015. 7:58 pm.  The Washington State Patrol responded to an injury collission on South 97 at State Route 2 in Chelan County.

According to the Press memo, Raymond Dronen, 51 of Ferndale, was riding a 2005 Harley Davidson Eastbound on State Route 2, taking the off Ramp to Southbound State Route 97 when he went across State Route 97 to the On Ramp of Eastbound State Route 2.

The motorcycle then struck the sidewalk, the driver lost control and was ejected. The driver and the bike  came to rest off the roadway.

Mr. Dronen was injured and transported by ambulance to Confluence Health

The motorcycle was towed by Jaegers Towing for safekeeping.

The cause is still under investigation.
