The Washington State Patrol responded to a motorcycle accident with injures on East I-90 near milepost 125. This is 18 miles East of Ellensburg.
According to the press memo, Charles Vargo, 51 of Bellingham, was Eastbound on I-90 near milepost 125 on a red 1999 Harley Davidson Road-king, when he lost control of the bike and left the roadway to the left. The press memo says he was ejected from his motorcycle and it both the bike and rider came to rest in the median.
The rider was transported by medics to Kittitas Valley Hospital.
The motorcycle was removed by a 3rd party.
The cause of the accident is listed as inexperience and charges were pending for “wheels off roadway”.
