Sedro Woolley, WA– On August 28th, 2015 at around 3:00 PM the Sedro Woolley Police Department responded to reports of an active intruder in a home in the 500 block of Moore Street.

According to the probable cause affidavit of arrest, officers arrived and found a broken out garage window with glass on the driveway.

The homeowner told officers that he had been sleeping when he woke up to a loud banging sound in his garage.   The homeowner went to investigate and found a woman in his garage.  The homeowner confronted the woman about why she was in the garage and she told him “someone was after her”.  The homeowner told her to stay put and he would call for help. The woman told him no and to get out of her way.  The woman then threw a bottle of Agave Nectar, that was covered in blood at the homeowner, striking him and getting blood on his shirt.

The woman then started smashing a garage window with a dumbbell weight. The homeowner went inside and called police.  When he returned to the garage, the woman was gone.

Neighbors alerted arriving officers to a woman fleeing from the residence. Multiple officers chased the woman and caught and detained her on Hyatt Road. The woman had blood on both hands and a cut on her right hand.

Officer then searched the house and garage and found no one else inside.
