Skagit County, WA– The Washington State Patrol responded to an injury collision on Snee Oosh Road in Skagit County in the early morning hours of November 25th, 2015.
According to the press memo from the Washington State Patrol, Joshua Bryun, 29 of Bellingham was traveling Westbound on Snee Oosh road around 4:10 am in a 2005 Ford F150 Truck. The press memo says the vehicle drifted onto the right shoulder and into the ditch. The press memo states the truck traveled approximately 180 feet, rolled over and came to rest facing Northbound in the ditch.
The press memo states drugs or alcohol were believed to be a factor in the crash. Mr. Bryun was transported to Island County Hospital with injuries. The press memo states he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
A passenger in the vehicle, 33 year old Bellingham resident, Ashley Paulson was also injured in the crash and transported to Island County Hospital. The press memo states she was not wearing a seat belt.
The cause of the crash is listed as driving under the influence.
The truck was impounded to the Burlington Washington State Patrol Office and charges are under investigation.
