Rockport, WA- Dwight Verne Foster, 73, of Rockport, Washington plead guilty to Murder in Skagit County Superior Court on December 23rd, 2015.
Dwight admitted to killing his live in girlfriend, 61-year-old Tracey Ann Mathews during an argument on May 12, 2013. The couple had lived together for 20+ years prior to the argument, which is reported to have stemmed over medication.
Mr. Foster requested that he be sentenced to the maximum sentence allowed by the courts. Skagit County Superior Court Judge, Susan Cook, sentenced Mr. Foster to 18 years and 4 months in Prison.
