Snohomish Deputy Pulls Man From Burning Home

Darrington, WA- A Snohomish County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled a man from his burning home on the evening of December 23rd, 2015.

The deputy arrived before the fire department and broke out at least one window in the home to gain entry.

The deputy then found the man in the smoke filled home. He was unconscious but breathing and the deputy pulled the man to safety.

The man was flown by an Airlift Northwest helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he was treated for his injuries. The deputy was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.
