MISSING PERSON:

Cassidy C. Hart

Oak Harbor, WA: On January 8th, 2016, Oak Harbor Police received a report of a missing 22 year old White Female named Cassidy C. HART (DOB 06/10/94).

Cassidy was reportedly last seen on Sunday January 3rd, 2016 with a male friend identified as Jacob Drummond, in the area of the Oak Harbor Wal-Mart.

Cassidy is described by her parents as 5’5”-5’7,” 115 lbs with black hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple sweater with green “Greek” letters, black yoga pants and one black, thigh-high boot on the left foot. On the right foot is a medical style “soft-boot”; possibly walking with a limp (no crutches).

Cassidy may be traveling with a Black Female, known only as Joie TYLA (LOMBARD) pictured below.

They may be traveling in a late model white, 4 door Lexus (unknown plate number, pictured below. 

TYLA reportedly resides in SEATTLE with her grandmother (unknown address).
