SKAGIT COUNTY, WA- The Skagit County Coroner has released the name of the man who died on a trail near the Oyster Dome lookout last week as Peter Lee, 74 of Bellingham.
The Coroner states it appears that Mr. Lee died of Natural Causes and foul play is not suspected.
