CAMANO ISLAND, WA– A 24-year-old man was stabbed to death Saturday morning after an argument at a home in the 900 block of Rowe Street on Camano Island.
Skagitbreaking.com learned through a creative common license of audio recordings that Officers and medics responded to a 9-1-1 call made by a relative of the victim for a stabbing around 8:10 am, February 20th. The victim, later identified as 24-year old Thomas McKnight was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect, 19-year-old Gabriel “Gabe” Birch, stayed at the scene and was booked into the Island County Jail for first-degree manslaughter.
