Sedro Woolley, Washington- A 77 year old Sedro Woolley man is at home recovering from a self inflicted gunshot wound to his foot.
According to deputies, the man drove himself to United General Hospital in Sedro Woolley just after 10:30 pm on March 20th, 2016.
The man told deputies that he thought he heard a burglar in his home in the 1900 block of Cruse Road and after arming himself he searched for the burglar. During his search he accidently shot himself in the foot.
Deputies responded to the home and searched it for a burglar but were unable to find one.
