Burlington, Washington- Officers from the Burlington Police Department responded to reports of a robbery in the 400 block of West Rio Vista Avenue near State Route 20 around 4:35 pm on Saturday March 19th, 2016.
The victim told officers he was walking in the area when he was approached by two men who stole his cell phone and a small amount of cash he was carrying in his hand. The victim also alleges the men threw him to the ground during a struggle, injuring his back.
The man was able to provide officers with enough information that may have led to his identity.
The case is ongoing and more information will be released when and if it becomes available.
