Couple Arrested In Clear Lake For Possession of Stolen Motorhome

Clear Lake, Washington- On May 23rd, 2016 around 1:15 pm a Skagit County Sheriff’s Deputy ran the license plate of a 27-foot Motorhome parked in the 12000 block of  Mill Street in Clear Lake.

According to probable cause affidavits obtained by SkagitBreaking.com through a public disclosure request, The Motorhome came back as stolen out of Snohomish County, Washington.

The Deputy observed two people coming in and out of the motorhome who were later detained and identified as Chelsie Enberg, and Dale Henry. Both subjects last known address is listed as the Mill Street Address where the stolen motorhome was located.

Mr. Henry advised Officers that he did not know the Motorhome was stolen and was retrieving it for his daughter, Mariah Henry and her boyfriend Jeremy Krause. Both were recently arrested in Whatcom County for Theft and they needed the Motorhome moved from their previous residence in Sedro Woolley where they had been evicted.  Officers located mail inside the stolen motorhome with the name Jeremy Krause on it.

Officers also found that Dale Henry and Chelsie Enberg had an active pre-trial no contact order between the two, barring Mr. Henry from having contact with Chelsie Enberg.

Dale Henry was booked into the Skagit County Jail for charges of violation of a domestic violence No Contact order pretrial and possession of a stolen Motor Vehicle. He is currently being held in Lieu of $35,000 bail.  Other charges include Assault 4th, interference with reporting a domestic violence, driving on a suspended/revoked license and harassment.

Chelsie Enberg was booked in the Skagit County Jail and is being held in lieu of $40,000 bail for charges of Possession of a stolen vehicle as well as previous charges of driving on suspended license 3rd, violation of DUI restrictions, assault 4th Domestic violence, and physical control of a vehicle under the influence.

Jeremy Krause is still being held in the Whatcom County Jail on previous theft charges and the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office has requested that he be charged with Possession of a stolen motor vehicle as mail was located in the motorhome in Krause’s name and both Dale Henry and Chelsie Enberg said they had picked up the motorhome for Krause.
