Sedro Woolley, Washington– A 22-year old Sedro Woolley Man was arrested on May 22nd for Child Molestation and Incest Charges after a 14 year old relative accused the man of inappropriately touching her.
According to a probable cause affidavit of arrest obtained by Skagitbreaking.com the 14-year old reported that the man has been inappropriately touching her over the course of several years and she had told him multiple times to stop.
The girls older sister called 9-1-1 to report the sexual assaults after the teen ran away from hope to seek help from a local teen homeless shelter.
The male is currently being held in the Skagit County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail on suspicion of Child Molestation 3rd degree and Incest 2nd Degree.
SkagitBreaking.com does not name the suspect in sexual assault cases to protect the identity of the victims.
