Arlington, Washington- The Washington State Patrol’s Criminal Investigation Division is investigating a fatal collision involving a pedestrian and a Ford Windstar minivan that occurred on Sunday July 31, 2016 at approximately 4:17 AM on SR 530 just east of Interstate 5 in Arlington, WA.
Washington State Patrol Detectives are seeking additional witnesses to the actual collision or any events leading up to or after the crash.
