Swinomish, WA- Officers with the Swinomish Police Department stopped a vehicle in the 17000 block of Reservation Road in La Conner around 1:00 am on August 25th, 2016.
According to a probable cause affidavit of arrest, Officer made verbal contact with 26-year old Martin FELIX after he made a U-Turn and stopped in the middle of the road with his vehicles blinker on.
Officers ran the vehicles plates and dispatch notified the officers that the vehicle, a blue Ford Focus had been reported stolen from the Mount Vernon area.
Mr. Felix was taken into custody and transported to the Skagit County Jail for suspicion of Possession of a stolen vehicle. (R.C.W. 9A.56.068)
