Sedro Woolley, Washington- A 25-year old Sedro Woolley man was arrested by Skagit County Sheriff’s Deputies for Residential Burglary and other crimes in the 26000 block of Minkler Road on September 20th, 2016.
According to a probable cause affidavit of arrest obtained by SkagitBreaking.com through a public disclosure request, the 25-year old Sedro Woolley man is accused of violating a no contact order on two separate occasions. The affidavit states the man broke into the home of the person who has the no contact order against him and stole money from a wallet. The man is then accused of stealing the persons truck and cell phone so they could not report the incident.
The victim is wheel-chair bound and unable to contact deputies without their cell phone.
The suspect was taken into custody just after 2:00 pm on September 20th, 2016 and is currently being held in the Skagit County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail for suspicion of Taking a motor vehicle without permission, two counts of violation of a no contact order, theft 3rd, Interfere with reporting a domestic violence and residential burglary.
