Bellingham, WA – Officers from the Bellingham Police Department are looking for a missing person, Fiona Susan Hess.

Fiona is described as a 26 year old white female, 5’7″, 125 lbs, brown, and hazel. Her family has reported her missing since August. They are concerned for her welfare. She is known to ride WTA and also get around on a bicycle.
