Sedro Woolley, WA – A 54-year old Sedro-Woolley man has been arrested for communicating with a child for immoral purposes.
According to a probable cause affidavit of arrest obtained by SkagitBreaking.com this week through a public disclosure request, on November 25th, 2016, Sedro Woolley Officers arrested the Sedro-Woolley man after his wife called 9-1-1 to report that her husband had texted a picture of his penis to their 12-year old granddaughter.
Officers took the man into custody and seized his cell phone pending a search warrant.
The man is currently being held in the Skagit County Jail on an investigative hold in lieu of $75,000 bail for felony communication with a child for immoral purposes.
