Child Protective Services Receives Bomb Threat

Mount Vernon, WA – Child Protective Services in Mount Vernon received a bomb threat via a social media website on January 30th, 2017.

The person involved  is said to be “known” to Child Protective Services and the bomb threat was general in nature.

Mount Vernon Officers contacted the subject involved and will be following up with their investigation.

It is unknown if charges will be filed in the case as it is still an active investigation.
