Bellingham, WA – Officers from the Bellingham Police Department responded to a stabbing death just after 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 5th, 2017.
According to a statement by the Bellingham Police Department, 29-year old Sheaen Smith has been arrested for Murder in the 2nd degree for the stabbing death of his mother, 57-year old Aurora Smith.
Bellingham Police said the murder was sexually motivated.
