Burlington, WA- Skagit County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to reports of a “sex offense” on July 23rd, 2017.
According to court records, an 11-year old girl and a 13-year old girl reported to a trusted adult that a male known to them had been inappropriately touching them and offering them “massages”.
Skagit County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a thorough investigation of the complaints and took a 39-year old Burlington male into custody.
The 39-year old male is currently being held in the Skagit County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail on an INVESTIGATIVE HOLD for Child Molest 1st and Child Molestation 2nd Degree.
Skagit Breaking is not identifying the male to protect the identity of his victims.
