SILVER ALERT: 84-Year Old Ralph Tinsley is Missing from Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon, WA –  The Mount Vernon Police Department has issued a SILVER ALERT for a missing 84-Year old man with medically diagnosed dementia.

According to a press release from the Mount Vernon Police Department, on Tuesday October 17, 2017 Ralph James Tinsley left his home in Mount Vernon, Washington  while his wife was sleeping.

She believes he left sometime between 8:00 p.m. and 12:45 a.m. in his White Saturn passenger car bearing  Washington  license plates number ADK1477.
