Clear Lake, WA – A 32-year old Clear Lake man has been arrested by Skagit County Sheriff’s Deputies after two teenage girls accused him of sexually assaulting them.

A relative of a teen juvenile victim called Deputies to report the man, who she knew, had pinned her down at his house while she was visiting a teen friend and told her she needed to “apologize for being so sexy” after her friend had walked out of the room.
The girl told deputies she struggled to get away and refused to apologize as she had not done anything wrong. The Clear Lake man is accused of continuing to harass and assault the teen, while attempting to kiss her and force himself on the girl.
The teen told Deputies that during the struggle, the man continued to tell her to “Apologize or I’m going to strip you down”, as he continued to force himself on the girl and pull up her shirt. He is accused of giving her a Hickey on her stomach against her will during the struggle.
The girl managed to get away from her attacker after 15-20 minutes by kicking him in the groin and she left the residence on foot, where Deputies were called. The man was referred for charges of Assault 4th degree, Communication with a minor for immoral purposes and unlawful imprisonment.
